These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LocalFlow Pro website located at localflowpro.com and all related services provided by LocalFlow Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

LocalFlow Pro provides smart website design, AI automation, and marketing services for home service professionals. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom website design and development
  • AI chatbot and voice agent setup
  • Review automation and reputation management
  • Lead nurture and SMS follow-up systems
  • Marketing automation and CRM integration

2. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of our services may require you to provide personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, and business details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

3. Payments and Billing

By purchasing our services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Setup fees are due at the time of onboarding
  • Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from LocalFlow Pro, including:

  • Appointment reminders and service notifications
  • Follow-up messages related to your inquiry
  • Promotional offers and marketing messages (with your consent)

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your phone number and opt-in information will not be sold to or shared with third parties for promotional purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the LocalFlow Pro website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LocalFlow Pro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Websites and digital assets created for clients become the client's property upon full payment. However, proprietary systems, templates, and automation frameworks remain the intellectual property of LocalFlow Pro.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and content for your website
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner during the build process
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalFlow Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to LocalFlow Pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead generation numbers.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Access to managed services and automation systems will be discontinued
  • Website files and assets created for the client will be made available for transfer

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cumberland County, Maine.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
